SECTION 1: GENERAL PRIVACY POLICY
Alta Tech Systems (“Alta Tech Systems,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) wants to protect your information and wants you to understand what we do with your information gathered from altaselling.com (the “Site”) and how it is shared with third parties. Alta Tech Systems wants you to have the ability to control what information is shared and under what circumstances it is shared. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site, but does not apply to any third parties which may contact you as a result of your participation in or use of the Site or Alta Tech Systems smartphone application. Any contact you have with 3rd party websites will be governed by the Privacy Policies of those 3rd party sites. SECTION 2: COLLECTING INFORMATION
Alta Tech Systems is designed for individuals 13 years of age and older. The Site does not accept information from children under the age of 13. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for Alta Tech Systems or provide us any personal information about yourself. Should it come to our attention that we have accidentally collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you suspect that a child under the age of 13 years old has given us personal information about him/herself, please email us at report@altatechsys.com.

SECTION 3: INFORMATION WE GATHER FROM YOU
Personal information. In the Site registration process, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information including, name, location (City and State), email address. Your profile information may be edited at any time through your Profile Page.

Location Services. The Site has features that will tap into your “Location Services” on your smart phone or other device if those services are active on your device. To turn off these services, adjust your device settings or the settings for the application to disallow this service to be used.

Activity and Device Information. We keep track of the actions you take on the Site and the application. We also track whether you are accessing the site via computer, smart phone, or other device as well as the location of the IP address. This information is logged and stored for site analytics.

Cookies. The system uses "cookies" to enhance the application user experience. Cookies make the site run faster and ensure the most positive user and advertising experience as possible. Cookies also help protect your password. For example, we use cookies to store your username (not your password) to make it easy to login whenever you come back to application. We also use cookies to monitor when you are logged in, and to track the time of your activity. You can stop cookies from being used by adjusting the settings in your browser. In some cases, turning off cookies may impact your user experience while using the site.

SECTION 4: INFORMATION WE RECEIVE FROM THIRD PARTIES
Information from other websites. We may create relationships with 3rd Party advertisers in order to support the cost of operating the site and paying our employees. In the process, we may receive information from 3rd Parties and we want you to understand what type of information we would gather.

Conversion Data. Information from advertisers regarding if you have been presented certain advertisements and how users responded to the ads displayed on our Site. Sometimes we will compare this information to how users not responsive to the ad interacted with the Site. This data sharing, commonly shared in the on-line advertising community and helps us give you the move effective and enjoyable user experience by presenting only those advertisements which we believe are applicable to you as a consumer.

New Data. While gathering Conversion Data or other data from 3rd Party advertisers we receive data which we did not already have from our records, such data will be stripped of any personal Identifying information and will be used on an analytical basis only. How we use this data will always remain consistent with this Privacy Policy.

SECTION 5: INFORMATION YOU SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES
Because of the nature of advertising on the Site, after responding to an advertisement you may find yourself on a site other than this site. Any actions taken when you are interacting with another site will be subject to that site’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use Agreement. We will not be responsible for any claims which arise from the use of any other site.

The use of certain types of the information you share with the Site may be managed in the Privacy Settings section of “My Profile”.

Some of the content you share such as your profile picture and whatever content you send to another user or post about another User will be displayed on that Teammates’ profile page and other pages as the source of that information.

To ensure security and to control the sharing of age-appropriate content, we may share your location and age with 3rd party sites or advertisers as necessary. We hope to minimize this sharing by allowing only those 13 years old and older to use the Site. The fact that you have represented to us that you are at least 13 years old may be shared with 3rd parties. Should you have information which indicates that any User of the Site is under 13 years old, that information should be reported by sending an email to report@altatechsys.com.

3rd Party Cookies. Just like the application uses cookies to enhance the customer experience, so do some advertisers use cookies to give you the most applicable advertising experience possible. You may opt-out of the use of cookies by 3rd Party advertisers by changing your account privacy settings on your profile. Your internet browser settings may also assist in limiting or reducing the use of cookies by advertisers.

SECTION 6: HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We want you to have a good experience with our Site. The faster and more customized the experience the better. Here’s how we ensure a good experience:

We manage the service. We use the information you provide and the information we collect to provide our services, customized advertising, and certain functionality, to measure and improve those services and functions, and to provide you with customer support. We monitor this information to prevent potentially illegal activities. For example, we ask for your year of birth to verify that you are at not younger than 13 years old and so that we can better limit your access to content and advertisements that are not age appropriate. Should issues be found or inappropriate content found on your account, your account may be suspended or terminated until these issues may be investigated and corrected.

We contact you. We may contact you via email regarding special offers, announcements about the Site, and updates from your Teammates. You may opt out of all communications except essential updates on your account settings page.

We customize your advertising. We don’t share your information with advertisers without your consent. In the world of sports, advertisers seek a target demographic and athletes often seek certain types of advertisements that are more applicable to their interests. Advertisers identify those characteristics and we may use non-personally identifiable information (including any and all information you have given us such as birth year or other personal information) to reach the target market of the advertiser. For example, we might use the fact that you have a basketball profile as a reason to show you ads for basketball apparel, but we will not give the basketball apparel advertiser any identifiable information.

We make suggestions. We may use your account information, along with your imported email addresses or Facebook Friends you import and other relevant information, to help you connect with your friends, including making suggestions as to whom you may want to invite to the Site. If you want to remove the ability for others to see you as a suggestion you can change your search visibility under Privacy Settings.

When you make a purchase. When you purchase something either through the application or through a third party site associated with Alta Tech Systems, from others or make payments through Alta Tech Systems, we will only share transaction information with those third parties necessary to complete the transaction and will require those third parties to agree to the Alta Tech Systems’ Privacy Policy.

When you invite a friend to join. When you ask us to invite a friend to become your Teammate on the Site, we will send your friend an email invitation on your behalf using your name. We may also send as many as two reminders in your name. If your friend does not want us to keep their information, they will have the option to opt-out in the body of the email.

To help others find you. When you create a Profile on the Site, we are choosing to make certain personal profile information available to the public through search results on Alta Tech Systems to help others find you. While you can determine whether some information is displayed, most information on your profile is displayed to all Alta Tech Systems users.

When you choose to share information. Should you choose to share or provide your information or opinions with marketers or other third parties, not associated with Alta Tech Systems through various offers, instant-poll questions. This information is shared only at your discretion. We will not provide your personal information to these marketers without your permission.

To optimize our service and your experience. Alta Tech Systems reserves the right to share aggregated information with third parties to help improve our service or your experience. When this information is aggregated, it makes it impossible for any third party to be able to identify any individual.

To make it possible to run our Site. We may provide information to service providers that help us bring you the services we offer. For example, we may use third parties to help host our website, send out email updates about Facebook, remove repetitive information from our user lists, process payments, or provide search results or links (including sponsored links). These service providers may have access to your personal information for use for a limited time, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.

In accordance with court orders or in compliance with law. We may share information pursuant to subpoenas, court orders, or other requests (in either criminal or civil matters) if we have a good faith belief that the response is required by law. We may also share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity, to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, courts or other government entities as reasonably necessary.

SECTION 7: HOW TO EDIT OR REMOVE YOUR INFORMATION
Viewing and editing your profile. You may edit or remove your profile information by going to your profile page and clicking ”Edit” Any changes will be saved immediately.

Removal of your Information. You may request to have your profile completely removed from the system.

Non-user contact information. If a user provides your email address to us for our newsletter for example, and you are not a Alta Tech Systems user but you want us to delete your address, you can do so on any email communication which will include an “opt-out” link which will allow you to remove your email address from our system.

SECTION 8: HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
We do our best to collect as little sensitive information as possible and then do our best to keep your information secure. We keep your account information on a secured server behind a firewall. We encrypt sensitive information (such as credit card numbers and passwords) using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also analyze accounts for fraudulent behavior, possible signs of abuse, inappropriate content, or links to illegal content, and may suspend or disable accounts for violations of our Terms of Use Agreement.

Inherent Risks. Regardless of what we do, there are inherent risks with sharing information on the internet and no security measures are completely secure. Any information you share with other Users may be shared, saved, or exploited without any involvement of Alta Tech Systems. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third party violations of the Alta Tech Systems Privacy Policy. You can reduce these inherent risks by using common sense and generally accepted security practices, like using a strong password, using different passwords for different services and accounts, and using up-to-date antivirus software.

Report Violations. You should report any security violations through the “report abuse” link on the main page.
